Yes. To issue BACB-compliant CEU or PDU certificates through your store, you must have your own ACE Provider number (individual or organization). We do not sponsor certificates under CEULab's ACE number for tenant stores.
No. You keep 100% of your course revenue. The only costs are the one-time setup fee ($497 for solo, $1,497 for orgs), $29/month or $299/year, and standard Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents per transaction — charged by Stripe, not us).
Yes! You can use a custom domain (e.g. drsmithceus.com) or a free subdomain (e.g. drsmith.ceulab.com). Both options are included at no extra cost.
After you submit your application, we build your store within 3-5 business days. Once it's ready, you can start uploading courses immediately.
You can cancel your $29/month or choose not to renew your $299/year at any time. Your store will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently removed.
We handle all the tech: hosting, storefront, payment processing, certificate generation, video hosting, and platform updates. You handle the content: creating your courses, writing your quiz questions, uploading videos, and promoting your store to learners.
No. CEULab is strictly a technology platform. You are fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all training content, CEU/PDU claims, and certificates issued through your store. Our Terms of Service outline this in detail.
